Roles & Responsibility:

  • Maintain all administration activities and task.
  • Liaise with third party supplier / contractors.
  • Support the Facilities department in delivering a consistent and efficient service.
  • Helpdesk management, monitoring and responding proactively with others.
  • Provide other administrative and operational/coordination support to the Head of Facilities.
  • To maintain internal systems and work flow and advise Administrative best practice.
  • Maintain both soft and hard filing systems, ensuring consistency and support management team.
