Job Overview

We are looking for a Research Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets using credible online sources
• Collect, organize, and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze data and prepare structured reports in Excel or other internal tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support internal research objectives
• Prepare presentations and summaries for internal review
• Assist senior analysts with ad-hoc research tasks and data interpretation
• Maintain updated databases and documentation of research findings

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple data-related projects from initiation to completion
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity of requirements
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
• Track KPIs and generate performance reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role (preferably in data/IT domain)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
• Basic understanding of data processes or analytics is a plus
