We are looking for a Research Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets using credible online sources
• Collect, organize, and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze data and prepare structured reports in Excel or other internal tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support internal research objectives
• Prepare presentations and summaries for internal review
• Assist senior analysts with ad-hoc research tasks and data interpretation
• Maintain updated databases and documentation of research findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibility:

• Search the internet and identify relevant websites as sources of information.
• Identify search keywords and use them to research maximum information.
• Search an Industries, Companies, Products, People, etc. and searching the internet with appropriate search string.
• Analyze and classify the information collected.
• Organize the information / analysis in the desired output formats.
• Classify prioritize the information sources.

Required skills:

• Skilled in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• A proficiency in reading and comprehending the English Language.
• It is preferred to have good typing speed.
